The Readers bookshop, part of THE Group Jordan, has been focused on all awareness activities due to the lack of having a website for their brand. The business objective however has been to drive queries and orders via their Whatsapp portal. For their Back to School campaign, TikTok has managed to solve for the current challenge via offering an instant page experience to replace the website and showcase different products available meanwhile redirecting to their Whatsapp portal as a final CTA. To amplify, THE Group have utilized Top Feed format to get a premium placement, whilst boosting their video via Spark ads.
